Purchasing & Payments Policy
Zonna Energy is primarily a wholesale distributor of solar energy products targeting off-grid solar energy installers. In order to purchase from our wide range of inventory, please apply for a dealer account through our website or by calling us at 330-674-1750.
Bulk order pricing is available to dealers through your assigned sales agent. Wholesale orders are billed by invoice.
We sell a selection of replacement parts for public retail purchases online. For online ordering, shipping is calculated and credit card payment for the final amount is required at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards.
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Pennsylvania or Ohio.
Due to the nature of our wholesale distribution, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of purchases that are unwanted after any amount of use, including even limited testing. With the exception of defective products or mistakes made by us, products can only be returned if they are in an unopened box, or the box was opened but not installed in any way.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect order upon delivery and contact Zonna Energy immediately if there are any missing or damaged products. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving a product.
To return an item, please call us at 330-674-1750 to speak with one of our team members. Once your return has been approved, place your item(s) securely back into their original packaging, with your receipt or other proof of purchase, and mail the item to the following address:

With the exception of defective or wrongly shipped products, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for most returns. This fee is waived only if the return is due to a defective product and/or an error on the part of Zonna Energy. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when we have processed your return.
